Process Associate
Process Associate, who have completed/final year of
BCA/Btech/MCA/MBA IT, proficiency in MS office, good communication skills, and analytical skills
Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities.
Monitor, Analysis, and work with various internal processes of the company
Keep tracking Project and Client coordination with the team and ensure client success.
Closely monitor, analyze and work on fixing company challenges
Set up successful coordination between teams and find out communication gaps between them if exists
Position- Trainee Software Developer Trainee Software Developer who have completed/final year of
BCA/B.Tech/MCA, good programming skills with at least one technologies or learning, sound knowledge in DBMS, and completed a minimum of 1 project Roles & Work specifications
Getting Training and giving best efforts during the training period. Work under the close supervision of a Senior Software Developer or Lead programmer.
Performing technical tasks (Software development) on assigned projects.
Demonstrate great learning aptitude and learn the required technologies.
Providing project support
Client communication related to the assigned project and task
Stipend & Package
Remuneration for the Process Associate- 10K as a monthly stipend for 6 months and then 1.5-1.8 Lakh annual package for the rest of the period (based on 6 months of learning skills and performance).
● Grade-1: “Average Performer”; Offer Annual Package 1.44 Lakh
● Grade-2: “Good Performer”; Offer Annual Package 1.6 Lakh
● Grade-3: “Outstanding Performer”; Offer Annual Package 1.8 Lakh
For Tech Profile Trainees (like Front End Software Developer & .Net Developer)- 10K as a monthly stipend for 6 months and then 1.8-3.0 Lakhs annual package for the rest of the 1.5 years period (Based on 6 months of learning, technical skills, performance, and dedication ).
● Grade-1: “Average Performer”; Offer Annual Package 1.8 Lakh
● Grade-2: “Good Performer”; Offer Annual Package 2.4 Lakh
● Grade-3: “Outstanding Performer”; Offer Annual Package 3 Lakh
