Position: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
1. Identify sales leads, pitch projects to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
2. Generate fresh business leads; make innovative pitch presentations; structure win-win proposals, evaluate follow-on visits to prospective clients and design target achievement strategy in order to explore the full potential of assigned verticals.

Job Specifications:
1. Sound Sales and Marketing Skills.
2. Professional Communication Skills.
3. Business Intelligence Skills.
4. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
5. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Salary 3 LPA
