This is for the information all the students of 2021 Batch that Phoenix Carpets will be conducting its Campus Recruitment (Online) for the students of IISU.
About: Rugs by Sambhav - which is a boutique studio under the company Phoenix Carpets located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Established in 2008 by founder and CEO Mr. KumarSambhav Sawansukha, the brand is in very fine hand knotted rugs. Having established an international presence, Rugs by Sambhav caters to other businesses in the industry.
Position: Merchandiser - Sales & Marketing.
Job Responsibilities -
Handling International Buyers
Follow up with production team
Monitoring & Execution of Orders
Shipment Planning and Execution
Plan and conduct online marketing activities.
Identify target customers and buyer account management.
Maintaining sales activity - emails and communication, attending buyers, etc.
Travelling for trade shows or meetings.
Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels
Data Crunching

Job Requirements -
Merchandising, preferably localite - Jaipur
Selling skills, Good communication skills
Proficient in English
Software skills - Microsoft Office
Customer service attitude, Negotiation & Relationship building Skills.
Ability to work under pressure
