Position:
Client Relationship Associate
Job Role:
• Ensuring complete accounting and financial analysis for global clients
• Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s services and special offers.
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases and build liasioning.
• Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
• Oversee customer relationship management system.
• Preparing MIS Reports for clients
• Preparing Presentations on Client Proposals, Services, Business, and other related inquiries.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualification Required:
• Master’s in Business Administration Finance Degree.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
• Proactive and Positive in approach.
• Interpersonal Qualities.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Job Location Ajmer, Rajasthan (Work from Office)
Remuneration 1.8 to 3.5LPA (Negotiable, depends on Interview Feedback and Candidature)
