The University in its efforts to bridge the academia and industry gap has pioneered the HR Conclave in IIS (Deemed to be University). This platform provides industry and academia to ponder on the current HR issue pertaining to the fresher recruitments.

The HR Conclave is a two days event which invites speakers from various industries to enlighten the students with the current industry trends and their demands and challenges.
