Position: Quality Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the quality check process and suggest improvements
● Share feedback with agents highlighting their mistakes and mentoring them to perform better
● Flag gaps in the process and give inputs for process optimization

Things to know:
● The quality team follows rotational week offs
● 1 QC cycle runs from Monday - Sunday

● Flexible to work across rotational shifts and weekends
● Should have high attention to detail
● High level of ownership

CTC
2.60 Lac - 3.60 Lac

Position: Customer Support Representatives Key Responsibilities :
● Ensuring every bad experience still results in a loyal customer of Zomato or our other clients
● Handling customer escalations via chats/calls/emails
● Understanding customer’s queries and providing quick and appropriate resolution
● Ensuring that all customer issues, pre or post-delivery, are resolved

Things to know:
● The process follows rotational week offs ( 6 days working, 1 day off)
● 9 hour rotational shift

● Full time : 1.80 Lac - 3.60 Lac
● Part time : 90k - 1.80 Lac
