This is for the information for all the students of 2021 Batch that Derewala Industries Limited will be conducting its Campus Recruitment (Offline) for the students of IISU.

Position: CRM Merchandiser KRA/KPIs
To take care of entire Customer A/C.
To take care of all email communications.
To take care of all new briefs and specific briefs and check all samples with Production and PPC considering production friendly, before sending and inform buyer with tracking details and photos.
To send all inspection reports to the customers.
To take care of all approvals (PP sample, shipment sample, packaging samples)from buyers with tracking details
To do all initial testing of all components and follow up with Lab.
To Send the test reports to buyers.
To do random pull testing from bulk production (inform to lab and follow up reports)
Any delay need to be informed at least 10 days prior to shipment to the buyer.
Once shipment gone, need to inform to buyers. (Mandatory for every PO).
To issue design briefs.
To make offers for new/ existing designs.
To Prepare Quotations.
To do follow up for Sample’s and materials.
To fill the spec sheet if required by specific customers.
To prepare return invoice for customers.
To do sample tracking of all the customers.
To scan the samples before shipping.
To check the goods of all sample shipments, preparing RGA and give the account to Exim dept.
To generate packing list in ERP for the samples
Communicating with the customers.
To prepare show plan and offer plans for design and samples
To prepare the sample line for customer visit and doing the pricing with Amit and approved by Harshit ji.
To do sourcing findings & components internally which can be used in the new designs.
To do risk assessment with pdd/ production/ QA for the customer certified samples and issuing the same.
PPM with customer for every order. (IMP)
JOB SPECIFICATION
Required Qualifications-MBA MBA/ Btech Mechanical stream
CTC: 3.4-5 LPA 3-4.50 LPA

Position: Jewellery Designer Main Accountabilities
To create all specific designs as per buyer requirement.
To develop all trends for existing buyers.
To develop range as per marketing requirement.
To advise trip before hand to make the range for the targeted customers.
To do Market study, Forecasting trends and Conceptualizing innovative designs.
Creating new concepts according to trends, and as per sales representatives briefs and client briefs.
Preparing presentations of the new trend/ collection and for design selection for the perusal of the sales representatives/ customers/ and for shows.
Mood boards (Coordinating for printing as well for the collections/shows).
To prepare presentation as and when required for the dept. & BDs.
To generate Style number by designer and cannot be changed.
Samples can only be handover to the marketing/buying agency or buyer after photo shoot and style number generated
