Positions: ANALYTICS SPECIALIST
An Analytics & Conversion Specialist performs as a rare combination of marketing and technical skills, managing; testing, implementation and reporting of the high performing funnels, using the latest online marketing tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and manage Google Analytics/other analytics tools for all evergreen businesses to monitor performance on a daily basis.
2. Collect and send out a company-wide weekly report on the performance of key metrics (signup rate, the value per lead, sales conversion rate, unique visits, revenue, run-rate etc.).
3. Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
4. Provide quantitative analysis and propose ways from analytics data that could be used for data-driven marketing.
5. Provide data-driven business intelligence through tracking website performance, trends, and online marketing results.
6. Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
7. Work closely with the Business Intelligence team on automating reporting.
8. Ensure front end development teams are implementing proper tagging on projects for accurate tracking results.
9. Work closely with management to prioritise business and information needs.
Requirements:
1. To have a good understanding of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
2. To be highly data-driven, have strong analytical skills, especially with large datasets.
3. To have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and methodologies.
4. To have a curious, learning mindset to understand and stay ahead of the innovations going on around you.Add-on skills (preferred):

Responsibilities
• Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns

• Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
