IIS University organized a job fair in collaboration with the Rajasthan Employment Exchange Program on 12 March 2024. A dynamic job fair, drawing participation from numerous colleges across the region. Over 300 students seized the opportunity to engage with a diverse array of prospective employers, creating an atmosphere ripe with networking and professional growth. Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Sonata Finance, Gepact, and CII-MCC were among the several businesses present at the job fair. Offer letters were also given to the students. This collaborative effort underscores the commitment of both IIS University and the Rajasthan Employment Exchange Program to empower students with valuable opportunities for career advancement and industry integration.
The event featured several key activities. Each company set up a booth where representatives provided information about their organizations, available positions, and application processes. Many companies conducted initial interviews and assessments on the spot, expediting the recruitment process. Dedicated times were allocated for students to network informally with company representatives.
The feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive. They appreciated the opportunity to meet potential employers and gain practical advice on career development. Employers were impressed by the preparedness and professionalism of the students, with many expressing interest in participating in future job fairs organized by the university.
