Position:
Sales Development Internship Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities,select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.

Position: IT TRAINEE Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
Requirements
Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen

Training Period: 06 months
Salary Students will be given 6 months Training and then on the basis of the performance during the training they will be offered a PPO and Full-Time Job.
The stipend for the 6 months will range between 8k-15k. The CTC will range from 2LPA to 4 LPA after 6 months training and the Job
