This is for the information for all the Students that Sapphire Fashions will be conducting its Campus Recruitment for the students of IISU.

Position: Social Content Creator (Photographer/Editor)
Responsibilities –
Create engaging and compelling content for all social media channels.
Take photos of content (product & model shots)
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Experience Required:
0-1 years’ experience in photography, video production, social video or related field.
Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Extensive knowledge of Photoshop and proficiency with video and photo editing tools.
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Elements, Constant Contact, and Survey Monkey is a plus.
Graphic Design experience is a plus.
Must be goal oriented and possess a high degree of self-motivation.

2. E-commerce Specialist
Responsibilities:-
Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:
Minimum of 0-1 years’ experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.

3. Business Development
Responsibilities
Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
Plan for company's financial success
Determine key business development KPIs
Work with sales and marketing teams
Do a regular market research
Attend various educational programs and conferences
Communicate with clients
Build strong relationships with clients
Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
Negotiate deals
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.
Support team members
Manage and train the business development team
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
Experience in leading business development team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem solver
Great communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
0-2years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
Degree Business Administration or equivalent.
