Positions & Salary Details Software Engineer (Java / GoLang / Rust / PHP/ Node.js / Javascript)
Starting CTC: 3,00,000 LPA (negotiable on interview results)
As an Application Developer, you will participate in product development with business owners, business analysts and team members with the help of business requirements and proposed solutions. You will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Understand/apply reusable code design, leverage application architecture/framework capabilities and functionality, and design/develop solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and perform to meet business-defined service levels.
• Work with Product owners to help shape the direction of the product based on a combined knowledge of what’s technically feasible and what is desired by the end user.
• Contribute to the technical code and design documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to products.
• Provide production support and issue triage for products.
Desired Skills and Experience Skills/Competencies:
• Candidate should have a working experience in Core Java and Advance Java design / GoLang / Node.js / PHP /Rust patterns in various projects.
• Good understanding of MAVEN & SVN
• Front end technologies knowledge is required to communicate with web development team. Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, JSON.
• E-commerce / Education Technology / Healthcare domain knowledge will be an add-on.
• Collaborating with other teams. Excellent problem solving, debugging, design and debugging skills required.

Front-end Developer (ReactJS)
Starting CTC: 3,00,000 LPA (negotiable on interview results)
As a Front-end Developer, you will participate in front end integration of applications with backend developers and UI designers, business analysts and team members with the help of business requirements and proposed solutions. You will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop new user-facing features.
• Work with responsive, adaptive UI design and development.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience Skills/Competencies:
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, Adobe Photoshop, JQuery, Bootstrap.
• Conceptual understanding of user interface and the design process.
• Experience in server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

QA Engineer
Starting CTC: 2,40,000 LPA (negotiable on interview results)
As an integral team member, A QA Engineer is accountable for planning, developing, and executing QA manual and automation work. You will closely work with the Business Analysis and Development Team to generate test scenarios.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manual testing of applications that are under development by understanding SRS and writing use cases as per test plans of the projects.
• Test performance and load testing by using Jmeter, understanding of Benchmarking.
• Assure cross-browser and cross-device uniformity of the application.
• Perform unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• Test new features in monthly cycles and document workflows.
Desired Skills and Experience Skills/Competencies:
• Good knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Entry-level project experience in software quality assurance.
• Good written & verbal communication skills are a must.

Business Analyst

We are looking for fresher Business Analysts who shall be responsible to handle a wide range of activities from leading mid to large-size projects. You’ll be part of a team of problem solvers who are passionate about working in a highly dynamic, client-centric technology company. The candidate must possess the ability to think quickly, provide creative and effective solutions for clients through analytical and logical acumen, and should have excellent English communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop & manage Epics, User Stories, Product Backlog, and coordinate between development, designing and QA teams through JIRA (or any Project Management Tool).
• Documenting and creating conceptual wireframes on Balsamiq or Lucid.
• Coordinate with teams located in various geographical locations to ensure correct understanding of business requirements.
• Manage timelines, milestones and streams related to own projects with others in Business analysis and project management.
• Track, resolve and escalate issues for own projects while keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
• Maintain project deliverables including reporting and tracking statuses using PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
