Position:
HR Executive Job responsibilities:
• Understanding requirements from various stakeholders and maintain the strong pipeline of resumes as per requirements
• Conducting preliminary round of interviews and shortlist candidates for further rounds
• Responsible for end to end recruitment - Across all levels & locations
• Co-ordination with Panel Members to conduct technical interview
• Maintaining the database of candidates.
• Involved during negotiation and counseling of candidates
• Understanding requirement as per budgets, Source & shortlist profiles from the job
Minimum Tenure Commitment with the Company: 2 Years’ Service Bond Mandatory
Salary 1.80 to 2.00 LPA CTC
Location: Jaipur
