Position: HR Executive Education : MBA HR
Location : HO- Sitapura, Jaipur
Minimum Tenure Commitment with the Company: 2 Years Service Bond Mandatory
Job responsibilities:
Understanding requirements from various stakeholders and maintain the strong pipeline of resumes as per requirements
Conducting preliminary round of interviews and shortlist candidates for further rounds
Responsible for end to end recruitment - Across all levels & locations
Co-ordination with Panel Members to conduct technical interview
Maintaining the database of candidates.
Involved during negotiation and counseling of candidates
Understanding requirement as per budgets, Source & shortlist profiles from the job
Salary 2-2.45 LPA
Location: Jaipur
