Notice - Internship Opportunity at Aviva

All Pre-Final year students of BBA/MBA (HR & Marketing)/PGDM to note, that AVIVA India is offering Internships in Jaipur.

This Internship shall be for 45 days of duration, starting in May.

Job Profile –             Project Trainee

Job Role –               

• Working on projects regarding distribution buildup and branding of the company.                 
• Suspecting & prospecting of suitable candidates via various recruitment activities
• Generate candidate leads utilizing a variety of passive resources including internal database, referrals, and ad responses.
• Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the Job Description in order to know their willingness.
• Negotiating with candidates on Position, Job Responsibilities and Compensation Packages.
• Conducting preliminary & final interviews with Candidates to ascertain their Competencies, Skills and aspirations (based on work, Position, Salary, and relocation etc.)
