Position: Business Development Executive Job Description:
We are looking for qualified Business Development Executives, Backend and Full Stack Developer, and Management Operation Trainee for our Organisation. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build billion-dollar brands that help make everyday activities easier for people around the world. Objectives of this
Role : Business Development Executive:
● Ensure all data is captured, tracked, and qualified leads are entered into the database
● Deliver information on various IT courses and programs via phone, email, etc.
● As a member of the Business Development team, you would be responsible for helping build client relations and acquire sales across a variety of different colleges, universities, and educational institutes throughout the world.
● Identify trends, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
● Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals. Skills and Qualifications of BDE:
● Should be able to maintain a track record of customer focus and adaptability to different types.
● Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively. ● Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening.
● Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality.
Position-Management Operation Trainee ● Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
● Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
● Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
● Get familiar with personnel duties
● Participate in company’s strategic planning
● Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
● Keep track of business revenue
● Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
