Position: Graphic Designing Assistant HR Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take MOM.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates.
Your roles and responsibilities includes student counselling
creating awareness and promotions for our internship and training programs to students both online and offline coordination with trainers planning organizing scheduling and managing any promotional and recruitment activity and training etc.
Salary 20,000 + incentive per month (take home)
Location: Jaipur
