Position:
Process Associate - Voice & Chat (European Process) Job Title: Process Associate - Voice & Chat (European Process)
CTC: ₹ 2,52,000 per annum
Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 BST - 5 day working week (Roster Basis - Mon to Sat)
Major Duties and Responsibilities/Key Performance Areas
● Manage administration of daily operations of the process as per the set SOPs
● Resolve customer queries through the mediums of mails, online chats and calls
● Provide operational support to the sales team
● Organize data and create reports using google drive
● Coordinate with European team for smooth daily operations
Qualifications and Job Requirements
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
● Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive
● Decision making ability, analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and distribute significant amounts of information with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
● Flexible to work any 5 days of the week (Monday - Saturday) when required
● Work from home
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
● A good condition laptop with Intel i5 or above processor and minimum 8 GB RAM
● Active subscriptions of Windows 10 and MS Office (Not provided by the company)
● Steady wired internet connection (20Mbps or above) backed by a continuous power supply
● Headset/Headphone
Commitments
● Ability to work in an environment of constant change.
● Requires working on the computer for hours in a typical office environment
● Capable of maintaining confidentiality of appropriate information
Salary ₹ 2,52,000 per annum
Location: Jaipur
