Position: CLOUD TELEPHONY ENGINEER – L1A | CLOUD
TELEPHONY Key Functional Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role in the Cloud Telephony Technical Support team.
Taking ownership of the complaints, requests raised by the clients through chats, calls, and
emails.
Responsible for resolving the issues raised by the clients within the turnaround time and
escalating it to relevant teams when required
Ensuring proper documentation of the issue and resolution
Ensuring that all Company Policies and Procedures are followed while
communicating with the customers
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as
per their needs
Liaising with existing clients, deliver strong after-sales support and technical back up thereby
enhancing customer experience
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients maximize satisfaction
Maintaining relationship with all existing clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales
support to clients.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

DESIRED SKILLS:
Excellent Communication Skills (English and Hindi)
Should be a quick learner
Having knowledge of the Cloud Telephony Products and Services is a plus
You will be responsible for responding to their issues and complaints within the specified TAT and providing splendid customer service in a friendly and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have a good command over English and Hindi language, thinks on the go with an ability to communicate fluently.
