Job Description:

  • Develops recruitment strategies to proactively source and recruit the right talent and resources in US market.
  • Source candidates from a wide variety of resources

·        Develops and maintains network of contacts with firms, employment agencies and college placement offices to help identify and source qualified candidates.

·        Pre-screen, interview and submit potential internal and external candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.

·        Work closely with hiring managers and assist in writing and developing job descriptions and identifying competencies as needed.
